The Digital / Social Media Analyst along with the team work closely with the major brand clients and really get to understand their business objectives and translate these into social KPIs.
You will need to understand the data points and demonstrate the ability to analyse data, report and draw insights – without getting overwhelmed by data overload.
You will need a passion for the social media communication industry, be conscious of client ROI and want to tailor projects and evolve with the industry.
