This agency has 100 clients that range from top charities, to environmental causes to FMCG health clients and more. It's an agency with a twist.

It is an 80 person agency who tend to attract good agency talent for obvious reasons.

This senior designer role works with the head of digital, a digital project manager, a digital planner, flash designer and front and back end developers. This role will work with off line creatives across 100 or so clients and will conceptual develop digital communications ideas as well as the design concepts. You would have a small production team to work with. They are looking for experience across the full range of digital communications - websites, email, online ad campaigns, microsites, social apps etc.

You will also need good marketing communications knowledge to develop audience engaging digital ideas from briefs and also know when a website or microsite / a digital solution is not the answer.

Some points from the spec:

• Have extensive experience creating highly engaging and effective websites, apps., emails, banners and other online content.

• Have a proven track record of concept development and the ability to head the creative thinking that goes into our digital proposals as part of the wider integrated strategy.

• Have specialist knowledge of creative tools such as, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and audio/video editing software.

• Take the role as design lead and ensure that projects are delivered to the highest possible creative standards.

• Contribute to brainstorms for existing and prospective digital creative work and pitches.
