o Establish business expansion opportunities across EMEA and work closely with the business development lead to grow the business in parallel of creating an efficient delivery engine

o Budget planning and growth/hiring projections in partnership with the local Heads

o To deliver integrated marketing strategy for the existing and new clients

o Act as the ‘strategy expert’ for all combined Search, Social and Digital media plans

o Prior hands on exposure of supporting and driving commercial strategy, operations and administration within a client-facing business. Possesses deep levels of commercial acumen and operational P & L experience

Background wise, ideally they would like to see a broad marketing mix, with a strong track record in on and offline integration, with recent experience being multinational - and ideally performance marketing focused.
