This Digital Account Director’s time is split between managing clients and delivery, team management and ensuring your knowledge is progressing in the industry in order to provide the best results for client’s objectives. You will continuously expand your marketing intelligence and understanding of consumers in the digital age through reading, debating, attending events. You will continually learn about social marketing and the impact for our clients.

They are looking for an Account Director with entrepreneurial spirit for this agency environment and for directing the client to understand the value of digital media in their marketing programmes. They are looking for experience of identifying opportunities and generating ideas, within and outside of briefs.

You are accountable for the client relationships, the profitability of your client P&L

as well as the performance and development of your team.

For your team, you will need to develop their skills and knowledge through mentoring, supervision and providing feedback on performance.
