eCommerce Manager, London 35-45k

A world famous department store is looking for an eCommerce Manager to join the eCommerce team. This role covers the Food and Home retail areas at the luxury end of the market. This role ‘owns’ their respective area of the online version of the store and works with buyers, analysts, social media, e-mail, user experience, digital marketing (SEO/PPC), creative and content teams to plan and deliver a highly effective online shopping experience.

They are looking for genuine talent for selecting the finest products and delivering an exciting, inspiring and enticing product offering for their customers. You will work closely with the buying team to achieve this.

You will need the ability to spot opportunities, provide seasonal planning and edit the range of products offered based on market trends and sales performance analysis.

This is eCommerce Manager role requires all round web management skills and knowledge – working with user experience designers to ensure the customer journey works well, with creative and content teams to deliver inspirational content encompassing the latest seasonal trends and celebrity style.

Good awareness of analytics, social media, e-mail and SEO/PPC will help you get the most out of these teams.
