Digital Account Manager, London 35-40k


A Digital Account Manager role in a successful 65 person digital agency working with big global corporate brands. They have long-term client relationships - average is 8 years. They have created a good culture and offer good work/life balance.
They are looking for a Digital Account Manager (plus a digital SAM) who can build trust and relationships with their clients. They are ideally looking at Senior Account Manager level, or a strong Account Manager looking to step up. You should be an innovative thinker with a good understanding of online corporate communications. You will visualise, develop and implement solutions to enhance a client’s online communications.
They have partnerships with lots of FTSE100 clients and provide design, build, hosting and manage corporate and marketing web sites, mobile sites, extranets and online reports, and advise on all aspects of online communication. They develop and implement the client overall strategy.
This is not a sales role, the agency is far from salesy. They have long term client relationships and work in partnerships with clients.
You will need good knowledge of brand strategy, content strategy, corporate social responsibility, investor relations and social media, and good financial management skills.
The Digital Account Manager role works with in a 20 person client services team, and with project managers, creative, developers, analysts, senior digital strategists.
