The Front End Developer role works closely with back end developers, graphics designers, a UX Designer, business analysts and marketing people. This role is for a creative thinker who can challenge the status quo of how a website’s usability, look and feel should be.
The Front End Web Developer will work across the main extensively growing eCommerce site, microsites as well as the internal web based applications.
You will need a strong understanding of visually appealing great design, usability and ideally some responsive design knowledge for tablet and mobile. They are looking for understanding of beautiful visual interface design and front end development skills, HTML (5), CSS. Any .NET knowledge to work well with the back end web developers would be good.
Enthusiasm and a good sense of humour would also work well.
The digital/online team has started and the online revenue has begun, but this role will be key to the company’s online visions. The teams will grow, this is an excellent long term career move in what is already an incredibly successful well-known brand.
