The growth plan includes this Senior Account Director role becoming the Client Services Director within 12-18 months allowing the current Client Services Director to become MD. A potential sale/acquisition/merger in next 3 years is due and share options will also be available to this person. They are looking for a Senior Account Director with agency experience running strategic integrated campaigns or working on content programmes in a B2B telecoms, tech or corporate brand space.
They are looking for a strategic thinker who enjoys developing strategy with clients.
The Senior Account Director works collaboratively with the Production Manager, Creatives, Copywriters and a lively Client Service team to ensure effective and productive day-to-day management of client relationships and project delivery.
You would contribute to leadership / visionary thinking on client briefs and on internal processes and ideally be able to take on line management of one or more Account Execs.
