This 12 person Social Media / Digital team work within a PR agency. The other agencies (advertising / marketing etc.) in the group are also in the same building. It’s a hub of highest profile and ranking agencies.
The team have their own accounts across FMCG to global corporates. They are looking for a broad range of brand experience.
The Social Media teams' work is roughly 40% social, 20% digital, 40% content. They are looking for experience of the spectrum of digital comms.
Throughout the group, this 12 Social Media / Digital team are frequently referred to as the nicest people in agency life. Nice is not always a complement, but in this case, they are just - very likable people. They go great things, gently.
The Head of Social Media (super nice person), essentially needs someone to deputise. It’s very much an account leadership role, a strategy role, but also for someone who will roll up their sleeves with the social media account execs, account managers, community managers, and account directors.  A digital project manager also in the team.
