I have placed many people in this agency over the past 8 years - and they are all still there. It is a fun, social Farringdon based agency environment with an MD who wants people to enjoy life. The MD wants people to develop their careers and have the good work life balance. The MD insists on good work life balance.

The digital team cover everything from web builds, micro sites, digital advertising campaigns (rich and standard), micro sties, email campaigns, apps widgets, social media and virals. A highly creative agency, with a stunning portfolio – but also have a strong tech team.

Clients include GAP, Nike, Toyota, Virgin, hp, some financial services, L’Oreal, ebay, PepsiCo etc etc.

They work very creatively with their clients pushing brand guidelines and are technically innovative with clients who want to push boundaries in their area of digital communications solutions.

This is a lead role in the digital team involved with clients from concept stage through to delivery. The Senior Digital Project Manager/Director role defines the needs and develops strategy for clients working closely with the Head of Digital and Digital Account Handlers. The role is not tied to the typical PM delivery spec, you will need to cover all aspects from team lead, IA (inc. knowledge of sitemaps / wireframes), UE to client digital strategy. You will need to be a good listener and be very good at asking clients questions.

Covering the full spectrum of digital communications, good technical knowledge is required as well as reasonable PM methodologies knowledge.

This role would suit someone who has come from a hands-on background who now wants to manage and lead a great digital team to deliver multiple projects.

This role works collaboratively with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Interaction Designers, Programmers, Junior Project Managers, Digital Copywriters and Account teams.

They are looking for agency experience, experience leading a team and a passion for creativity and technology.

The London agency is also part of an international network, working throughout the US and Europe.
