The role works in the development team and works into the technical director – who has a history of building great teams in the biggest digital agencies in London.
They are looking for ASP.NET (versions 1.1 to 3.5) experience and / or PHP (versions 4 and 5). They are also ideally looking for this role to be the Javascript champion in the team when need be.
The role consults the Project Managers on the most appropriate technical solutions for client’s briefs which will involve occasional client contact. Your passion for technology will help creative staff and account managers understand emerging web technologies so that campaigns can make good use of new opportunities in the digital sphere.
To do this you will need a genuine interest for APIs and frameworks (Google products, Facebook, Flickr, Twitter etc.), and knowledge about how to implement them.
As a key developer in the team they are also looking for knowledge of best practices in site builds including effective navigation.
