This Digital Account Director role suits a Digital Senior Account Manager looking for the next move up, or an Account Director looking for a top calibre digital agency environment and a great set of brands to work with.

The role works on a fun set of accounts under the umbrella of a world-wide FMCG brand. The role would probably suit a seriously fun person.

The Digital Account Director role leads the creative brainstorming process and organises its output into clear direction. Great marketing strategy experience is required to deliver knowledge and business intelligence working closely with brand managers.

The role works closely with a Group Digital Account Director on the overall direction of the accounts as well as act as mentor and adviser to junior digital account managers, coaching them on managing workload and prioritising and developing their account handling skills. You would be instrumental in creating an environment among account handling and creative teams that encourages ideas and motivation.

They are also looking for the ability and confidence to challenge client strategic guidelines and creative choices.

At this level you would be taking a lead in controlling account profitability.

Web site/microsite builds, Online advertising, Social media, Experience of integrated projects, Experience of working with external agencies, e.g. ATL, PR
