This is a technical lead role defining initial technical build, producing functional and technical specification documents and overseeing development. The role ensures that the most appropriate technical solutions are delivered and leads the hands-on tech team.

You would work closely with Project Managers and various other digital teams within the agency; creative, user experience to social media – depending on the project. The agency’s capabilities means there are people to cover all digital disciplines.

Projects would cover all forms of digital solutions from global website builds to highly creative rich media campaigns. If you have technical knowledge of how to build applications on the major social networking sites that would be great. They are looking for technical knowledge of the major social networks (especially Facebook™) and mobile platforms and how technical solutions can be developed utilizing these.

To work well with the development team they are looking for someone coming from a hands-on web development / digital tech background. You maybe a senior hands-on developer looking for the next career move forward or you may already be in a lead tech position overseeing the development of all forms of digital projects.

This is a senior role requiring full life-cycle experience and also plays a part in the wider development of the agencies strategy. The role works into the global Head of Technology.
