The User Experience Architect works with Project/Account Management/Creative/Technology and other members of the Strategy department to accurately scope projects. You would be leading and managing all UE activities often on complex, multiple work stream projects.

The role identifies if, and at what point, usability testing should take place in order to generate the most valuable customer insights.

They are looking for extensive information architecture/content strategy/user experience/usability experience for with major brand clients. Someone who thinks strategically - identifying key business opportunities and challenges. They are looking for experience across all digital platforms, including mobile.
