Account Director, London 40-50k


This is a medium sized, creative integrated marketing agency. Everyone is on the same floor, it is a very social agency environment. As an independent agency, it is open and collaborative, everyone counts, no cogs in the machine here. One account is a major UK charity, the other a luxury FMCG brand with a fun reputation in the U.K.
The Account Director role is integrated covering direct response advertising (press, radio, outdoor) digital, experiential and DM.
The Account Director role has one direct report an Account Executive and works with the Group Account Director and Senior Planner. Team spirit is alive throughout the agency, they work hard and play hard.
The major U.K charity client are lovely people, passionate about what they do, but they are also easy going and have a great sense of humour.
The luxury FMCG consumer brand has proved a fun account for creative thinking and the client is great, they are brave when it comes to creative choices.
They are looking for an Account Director experienced in taking the lead in handling both online and offline projects from conception to execution. You will need to have strong creative understanding of all communications channels and be confident in recommendations on testing, targeting and segmentation and brand planning to drive the account forward.

A good sense of humour recommended.
