They are looking for a Digital Account Manager who can build trust and relationships with their clients. You should be an innovative thinker with a good understanding of online communications.
They have partnerships with lots of FTSE100 clients and provide design and build, social strategy, marketing web sites, mobile sites, extranets, SEM and analytics, usability to online reports. They work across all aspects of digital communication. They develop and implement the client overall strategy.
You will ideally have good knowledge of brand strategy, content strategy, corporate social responsibility, and will definitely need good account management experience. There are separate project managers to work with, but strong budgeting and scheduling experience would be ideal.
The Digital Account Manager role works with in a 20 person client services team, and with project managers, creatives, developers, analysts, senior digital strategists.
