Digital Account Director - a boutique agency, London 45-55k

A Digital Account Director role in a successful boutique design and marketing agency. It is a politics free and happy environment. They are strong account management, project management, creative and technical people who are about bringing ideas to life into digital and off line channels.
A 25 person creative agency with a 12 year award winning track record. This is about enjoying your work, friendships, honesty and a no nonsense approach. Maintaining the family design/marketing agency culture is important to them.
This Digital Account Director role will pick up on some of their larger, more strategic key accounts, supporting the Group Account Director. The accounts are long term with major brands, Banking to FMCG, unusual for a smallish boutique agency, but then this is an agency with a strong personality.
The important thing is that you have proven experience in developing client proposals, responding to pitch briefs, strategic thinking and the ability to put together and oversee the right team to deliver across a range of ostly digital but also integrated campaigns. The GAD is looking for someone to really input into the strategy and 'thinking'.
The Digital Account Director works in a very close knit and fun team of AEs and AMs. The longer term goal is to build your own team and take a bigger role internally within the agency.
The Account Director role is for someone who loves all things design and digital. They are strong in digital from social media communications, websites, to mobile apps, digital marketing, but they are truly integrated in all their work, so integrated experience is ideal, but this is a lead digital role.
You will work with excellent creatives who develop campaign concepts, brand ID’s, copy ideas and straplines, brainstorms, scamps, visualise brand experiences, to developing the finer points of a brand’s online communications...you name it...this position is a proper full-on, creative and strategic role.
A very warm and friendly environment.  This role will turn into one of the agency’s Directors in time, even be Head of Digital. A well-managed, financially secure design / marketing agency.
