This is an agency with personality without ego. The board are inspiring characters, the Digital Client Services Director will join the board after 3 months. Sense of humour is essential!
This is a newly created Client Services Director role with one of the board members moving to a pure company and client strategy role.
They are looking for someone who has been around the block. They have a lot of very interesting work in pipeline so the new Client Services Director will need to make strong client relationships, win trust and be someone the clients are happy to discuss their work with.
Excellent customer service and driving profitability of projects are essential.
You will manage 7 in the client services team from AEs and ADs and they are looking for the supportive and nurturing approach to management. A desire to grow you team’s skills and be someone to learn from is important to the culture.
They are looking for account and project management ability. A do-er who can roll up their sleeves.
Knowledge with site design and build is essential and then as much experience across the digital spectrum as possible; strategy, apps, social, campaigns, content to SEO.
Culture wise they are looking for a Client Services Director who is excited all things digital. They do great work with their clients and with digital industry is far from mature, with continual advances you need to enjoy taking initiatives.
