This role works with a Creative Director, ActionScripters, mid-weight and Junior designers, front and back end developers and a project manager.
They are looking for strong conceptual design skills, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, knowledge of IA, After Effects and ActionScript would be great. They are looking for Video encoding within Flash.
