This is a fun, social Farringdon based agency environment with an MD who wants people to enjoy life. The MD wants people to develop their careers and have the good work life balance. The MD insists on good work life balance to remain creative and innovative. I have placed many people in this agency over the past 8 years - and they are all still there.

This an integrated advertising environment covering digital, print to ambient. They have first class creative and digital teams.

Clients include GAP, Nike, Toyota, Virgin, hp, some financial services, L’Oreal, ebay, PepsiCo etc etc.

They work creatively with their clients pushing brand guidelines and are digitally very innovative. Their clients want to push boundaries in their area of digital and off line communications solutions.

They are looking for agency experience and a passion for creativity and technology.

This Account Manager role works collaboratively with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Interaction Designers, Programmers, Project Managers, Digital Copywriters and Media teams.

It delivers proactive account management on all client accounts across a multitude of channels e.g. on and off line, ambient, radio, printed materials...

Aspects of the account manager role include; providing client account knowledge to direct the creative team to gain best fit of creative work to client culture/requirements. Appraising copy and reviewing against brief and critique as appropriate. Client meetings, taking briefs and supporting Senior ADs and mentoring AEs. Maintaining awareness of financial performance of clients within your own portfolio in terms of costings and margin.

They are also looking to recruit at Account Exec. and Account Director levels.


The London agency is also part of an international network, working throughout the US and Europe.
