Digital and Integrated Account Director, London 42-50k


An Integrated Account Director role in a successful boutique design and communications agency. It is a politics free and happy environment. They are strong account management, project management, creative and technical people who are about bringing ideas to life into digital and off line channels.
A 20 person creative agency with a 12 year award winning track record. This is about enjoying your work, friendships, honesty and a no nonsense approach.
This Integrated Account Director role will pick up on some of their larger, more strategic accounts, supporting the Group Account Director who is also one of the 3 company directors.
The important thing is that you have proven experience in developing client proposals, responding to pitch briefs, strategic thinking and the ability to put together and oversee the right team to deliver across a range of integrated campaigns. The GAD is looking for someone to really input into the strategy and 'thinking'.
The Account Director works in a very close knit and fun team of AEs and AMs. The longer term goal is to build your own team and take a bigger role internally within the agency.
The Account Director role is for someone who loves all things design and digital. They are strong in digital from social media communications, websites, to mobile apps, but they are truly integrated in all their work. Their client based is mixed too, versatile style and attitude is required – contemporary, traditional, corporate, off the wall...you’ll need to love them all.
You will work with excellent creatives who develop campaign concepts, brand ID’s, copy ideas and straplines, brainstorms, scamps, visualise brand experiences, to developing the finer points of a brand’s online communications...you name it...this position is a proper full-on, creative and strategic role.
Not all their clients are the big brand names but they are certainly innovative, more interesting less ‘run of the mill’ clients whether it is a Michelin star chef or a children’s charity in India. Clients spread from Finance to the high profile Arts industry. A good mix that keeps all at the agency creatively challenged.

This role will turn into one the agency’s Directors in time. A well-managed, financially secure design agency. They have been consulted by an external company, there is a great plan in place.
