This Delivery Director position is with one of the NMA top listed digital agencies. One that looks after people. There are over 100 people in the London office. The agency also has offices throughout Europe, USA and Asia. They have first class creative, strategy and technical teams – it is a creatively driven environment that is well equipped to bring forth any strategy for clients. They cover everything from global builds to innovative social apps and remain creatively award winning in all digital areas. You will need a good understanding of digital trends and emerging technologies.

This role works into the MD with the Client Services, Creative and Technical Directors. It is responsible for managing and coordinating the Project Managers and Producers across their respective Client/Account Groups, ensuring the efficient and successful delivery of all projects according to client requirements.

Experience in different agency delivery framework models will be a major benefit in the selection criteria for this role. You will have all the room required to use your insights to develop and implement new processes in the constantly evolving multi-channel environment.
