The social media and Digital PR team are emerging very successfully as a leading conversational marketing agency in this digital communications agency. They cover everything from digital PR consultancy, social marketing strategy and implementation, blogger relations and community management, advocacy programs, content creation and brand reputation management, online buzz tracking and analytics as key parts of its digital solutions offering.
This role will account manage existing client campaigns and is integral in developing the agency’s social media offering and value to clients. You will have a superb client list to work across of top brand names who are progressive marketers, so you may also spot ideas with the existing client list.
Some key points from the spec:
• Build relationships with key bloggers in order to be able to increase brand / product / campaign coverage
• Work with clients on a strategic level to provide buzz tracking solutions
• Manage the budgets of account campaigns on a project basis to ensure cash flow is positive and margins healthy
• Account manage digital PR / social media activities - from campaign definition and inception to reporting ongoing
• Assist in the design and management of industry leading measurement and reporting tools
• Manage and deliver digital PR and social media training to clients, tailoring the approach and information provided
