I have placed many people in this agency over the past 8 years - and they are all still there. It is a fun, social Farringdon based agency environment with an MD who wants people to enjoy life. The MD wants people to develop their careers and have the good work life balance. The MD insists on good work life balance.

The digital team cover everything from big design and build, rich media to all the latest social media innovations. A highly Creative agency – but also have a strong tech team.

Clients include GAP, Nike, Toyota, Virgin, hp, some financial services, L’Oreal, ebay, PepsiCo etc etc.

They work very creatively with their clients and are technically innovative with clients who want to push boundaries in this area of digital communications solutions.

This Senior Digital Art Director role defines the needs and develops the creative strategy for clients. You will need to be a good listener and be very good at asking clients questions. This role will visualize, conceptualize and design effective user experiences and interaction design for the web, social web and mobile environments.

You will need excellent knowledge in typography, photography, colour, usability, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash.

An understanding of xhtml, Final Cut and/or After Effects, or Premier, Soundtrack Pro or equivalent audio editing program would be useful.

This role works collaboratively with the Creative Director, Interaction Designers, Programmers, Project Managers, Copywriters and Account teams.

Solid understanding to design for numerous social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, You Tube Brand Channels and Blogging platforms would also be beneficial.

Must have excellent experience with taking the creative lead and a passion for visual design.

The London agency is also part of an international network.
