brands. The Digital Account Manager works with a superb, personable Digital
Account Director and the team work with client stakeholders in the U.K, US,
China and Europe. A highly skilled digital agency.
This pure digital agency is personable and mid-sized. Working with your
Digital Account Director and Digital Account Execs you will be working
internationally with some of the most famous high end exclusive brands in the
world.
Accounts are long term and in-depth covering web design and build and all
digital marketing aspects of retailer’s sites and consumer facing sites. They
cover the full spectrum of digital communications. The agency’s technology
behind what they do digitally for brands is impressive and very much part of the
client’s communication systems. Tech knowledge is not necessarily required, the
Digital Account Manager role is about continuing good client relationships,
picking up on strategy and being organised.
This is not just about automobile digital comms, it is about global luxury
brands and there are interesting nuances in design and branding terms across
different US, China and Europe markets. Occasion travel with the senior team may
be required.
Culture wise, they are highly capable and professional, which allows a more
calm approach – and humour in all circumstances. There is good banter in the
senior management team.
The Digital Account Manager has access to in-house language translators,
creative and designers, tech, search, PPC, analytics, UX, social and mobile
people. You need not be an expert in these, you have great teams to work with,
again, this role is about organisation and slick client relationships with high
end, exclusive brands, re-enforcing the agency’s value and introducing the
agency’s innovations.
