A Search Account Director role in a very social team environment. The team are in one of the top 10 global agencies, providing the latest innovative thinking for top tier brand clients.

This is a very ‘agency’ environment, you will need to be a sociable team player.

They look for bright minds. You will need to form your own opinion based on sound reasoning and be able to command the attention of clients.

You will need to have exceptional knowledge of paid search, proven management experience, be a very strong innovator and have experience across the suite of paid search technology.

The Search Account Director leads a team of 5 search specialists, managing Search Managers and providing them with direction on how to improve their management skills and will be heavily involved in recruitment and team direction.

The Search Account Director leads and develops Search marketing strategy for your key accounts.

Primarily, this a paid search marketing role but experience of integrated marketing strategies would be a considerable advantage.

You must be highly strategic and be able to think on your feet with major brands.

You will need a passion for and wide understanding of all aspects of digital media, social media, branded content etc. There is a lot of continual learning and innovation in this environment.
