They are looking for a Web Developer experienced with fully accessible sites hand-coded in standards-compliant XHTML/CSS. As an excellent Front-end web developer, you will also need a good understanding of server-side technologies; especially Python and/or Django.
They are also ideally looking for a Web Developer who enjoys planning the next cunning line of AS3, but this is not essential. It is an environment where you can develop in the most appropriate directions in line with the industry.
Not all their clients are the big brand names, but they are certainly innovative, more interesting less ‘run of the mill’ clients whether it is a Michelin star chef, 2012 or a children’s charity in India.
You will need to be an experienced web developer, a confident communicator with good ideas and be at your happiest when bringing designs to life.
