The Web Developer works within a first class tech team who work on world class projects along-side other skilled teams, including creative, art, video, user experience, social media, strategy, mobile, project management and account management.
They are looking for a Web Developer who is highly proficient in implementing the latest web technologies and has a keen eye for UI. You will work closely with project managers, UX, the creative team, and the rest of the development team to build and test digital projects for some of the UK and Europe’s best known companies. You’ll be passionate about responsive design and web standards.
The full Web Developer job spec is available, but essentially they are looking for a Web Developer with:
  • HTML / CSS3 / SASS practices that support responsive design, progressive enhancement, SEO best practices and both desktop and mobile web.
  • Javascript, raw and with popular libraries such as jQuery or Backbone to develop AJAX applications.
  • PHP, including Drupal or MVC approach and frameworks such as CodeIgnighter or Zend.
Ideally they are looking for a Web Developer who also has experience with web and server security issues and social APIs.
