Predominantly, they are looking for a mix of strong PHP skills and an ability with Flash Development, AS3. They are looking for the mix of both to work across microsites to more complex online builds. You would have more senior people in the team with PHP and ActionScript skills to work with. You will be involved in exciting new projects from concept through to delivery, working with a first class digital agency team.
As well as working on high profile client work that goes live, this role also works in a proactive research and development team which has time to develop innovative ideas and spot opportunities and campaigns. So they are looking for someone who can learn and grow through innovation.
