> Senior Front End Web Developer, London 40-45k

This company is a highly successful online business. The company is now 5 years old, has 25 people and has a proven prosperous business model. It is an entrepreneurial company environment of bright sparks.

The business is partly based around a sound social networking community and through an online knowledge management platform it creates wealth and success for people in the community.

They are looking for senior experience in Senior Front End Web Development (HTML, CSS, Javascript , JQuery) and an ability to visualise lots of complex data. This role takes responsibility of the public facing global website.

At this level you will need to have strategic input on user experience, QA and overall business objectives. You will work with the MD, Head of Technology and back end developers and be able to communicate your ideas and strategies well. You will need to be an ideas person, who can stand up for your opinions and have drive and energy to see through and implement your ideas.

This role will have 2 people to mentor and will be growing a team over time.
