If high volume rich media campaign based digital work is your bag, you may as well do it one of the most famous and largest advertising agencies in the world. What is surprising is that there are only 7 people in the digital team.


Clearly the in-house digital team is tightly pact with the best creative, technical and strategy people who can make anything happen. Freelance teams are brought in and global role outs are managed through 3rd party production agencies.


Their ‘offices’ are about as cool as you can imagine with masses of space and lots of creative and professional meeting areas and cafe areas.


The digital team is going to be growing, but the premise of having a core, highly capable permanent digital team and outsourcing the bulk of production work will remain.


You will already be familiar with all their creative TV and digital advertising. They are the most famous TV and digital adverts and tactics about. Their work has been for decades.


The digital team work across all the accounts the agency has as an in-house digital resource team for the Client Services teams who run the major brand accounts. The digital team are there for strategy and are usually client facing as well. It’s not just a production team.


They are looking for a digital project manager / producer with high profile agency experience, someone who enjoys working with creatives. Someone who is happy and capable with high volume rich media, banner, viral video, low level build and social media campaign based digital work. They are looking for a lively, bright spark for a good team.


A digital project manager / digital producer role requiring excellent, high profile production management experience.
