It is a young environment, but highly qualified. Some of the Creme de la Creme of young business, creative and technical minds. They have good gravitas, as their client list proves. They have more than proved themselves with complex digital solutions which have not as yet been done elsewhere in the industry.
The Commercial and Creative Directors are looking for a resourceful person. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel every time – someone who can say ‘let’s use this from there, that from there and make it happen this way’.
It’s a tech lead role. iOS experience is important. Some good front end and back end ability would be great. HTML5, Ruby on Rails, PHP would be great. Mostly though they are after a resourceful tech person with good ideas, who can make tech decisions and make it happen – even if they have to supplement their skills set by using a 3rd party person. CMS and eCommerce experience would also be good.
They are doing lots of very clever mobile and social network platform solutions.
There are 6 people in the agency. It has been going for 2 years, but this is just the start. There is more than one digital role on and there is a lot of top luxury brand work to do. They really do have the background pedigree to take this agency a long way. This role is to grow with the agency in the way that best fits you.
