This Digital Account Director role is with one of the NMA top listed digital agencies. One that looks after people. One that is known for being a good place to work, evident by their benefits, the atmosphere and speaking with anyone who works there. There are over 100 people in the London office. The agency also has offices throughout Europe, USA and Asia. They have first class creative, strategy and technical teams – it is a creatively driven environment that is well equipped to bring forth any strategy for clients from social media apps to huge global CMS web design and builds. They have a top tier client list across every sector. This is a Digital Account Director role at the 40-45k level, (plus excellent benefits).


The key to this role is strong account management skills and strong marketing communications experience. Not necessarily looking for lots of in-depth digital experience, although the more experience across the digital market mix the better.


You would be bringing strategic marketing skills, there are excellent digital creative, Developer, Digital Project Management, User Experience, Content to Social Media and Search Marketing teams to work with. In fact across any digital marketing strategy, you will be backed by various digital talent teams.


This Digital Account Director role is about building client relationships and marketing strategies.


The role will have 2+ reports with full line management responsibilities from delegation, mentoring to appraisals.


This role will attend debates and events and aim to be on the leading edge of marketing, working with 3 top brand accounts which are contemporary brands happy to push innovative ideas.
